Chicken Cognac - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts, split
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 c. biscuit baking mix
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 egg yolk
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    1/4 c. cognac
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Dip chicken pieces in milk; drain.
    Mix baking mix, salt and paprika.
    Coat chicken.
    Place chicken, skin side down, in greased baking pan, 9 x 9 x 2-inch.
    Bake 30 minutes; turn chicken.
    Bake until chicken is tender, 20 to 30 minutes.
    Keep warm.
