Oven-Fried Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Pam nonstick spray coating
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    2 c. (1/4-inch) thick zucchini slices, onion rings or cauliflower flowerets
    2 Tbsp. nonfat Italian salad dressing
Preparation
    Spray a cold baking sheet with nonstick spray coating.
    Set aside.
    Stir together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and paprika in a 9-inch pie plate until well mixed.
