Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) boxes chopped spinach
    1 box Stove Top herb stuffing
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    4 large eggs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook and drain spinach well.
    Cool.
    Beat eggs.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Shape into 1 inch balls.
    Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0. Can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight.
    Makes 40 + balls.
