Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. grated carrots
1 c. broken nut meats
Preparation

Beat first 3 ingredients together.
Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or longer in loaf pan.
