Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. rice
    1 onion
    1 (9 oz.) can Contadina peeled whole tomatoes
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. water
Preparation
    Combine margarine and rice in pan.
    Mix until rice is brown. Add the onion, cut in 4 pieces, for about 2 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and stir for about 1 minute. Add garlic salt, salt and water. Stir until boiling. Cover and cook until water is gone and rice is done.
