Quick Broccoli-Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
    1/3 head fresh cauliflower or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of potato soup
    1 qt. milk
    3/4 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Let broccoli and cauliflower thaw if frozen and saute in butter.
    Add soups, salt and pepper, milk and water.
    Bring to a boil then simmer over low heat for approximately 30 minutes.
