Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. margarine
    4 egg whites, beaten stiff
    1 loaf unsliced bread
Preparation
    Melt first three ingredients in top of double boiler.
    Fold stiffly beaten egg whites into cheese mixture.
    Cut bread into 1-inch cubes.
    Dip bread cubes into mixture and place on well-greased cookie sheet and freeze.
    When frozen, place in plastic bags.
    Bake, unthawed, at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
