Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. cocoa
2/3 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray or grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Mix cocoa, oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Spread in pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until brownies start to pull away from sides of pan. Do not overbake.
Cool slightly.
Cut into bars.
If desired, spread with your favorite chocolate frosting.
(For a low fat version of this recipe, substitute 2/3 cup applesauce in place of the oil; omit egg yolks and nuts.)
