Honey Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm reconstituted dry milk
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    3/4 to 1 c. all-purpose flour
    3 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation
    Combine warm (not hot) milk, oil, honey, salt, yeast and half the flour; mix well.
    Place dough in well greased bread 'n cake pan.
    Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
    Place pan in crock-pot. Cover and bake on High for 2 to 3 hours.
    Remove pan and uncover. Let stand for 5 minutes.
    Unmold and serve warm.
    Makes 1 loaf (for 3 1/2 or 5-quart crock-pot).
