Broccoli Rabe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) bunch broccoli rabe, ends trimmed and cut into 3-inch pieces
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. each salt and black pepper
Preparation
    In boiling salted water, cook rabe 2 1/2 minutes, until crisp-tender; drain.
