Uncooked Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cranberries
2 seedless whole oranges
juice of 1 orange
2 c. sugar
Preparation

Wash cranberries well and chop them. Chop oranges and add to cranberries; add orange juice and sugar. Mix well. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving. Yields about 4 cups.
