Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chuck roasts
2 c. vinegar
15 Tbsp. brown sugar
8 Tbsp. mustard
15 Tbsp. lemon juice
6 onions, minced
1 Tbsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. salt
4 c. ketchup
15 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. margarine
Preparation
-
Cook meat until tender and shred into pieces.
Melt margarine. Add vinegar, then remaining ingredients.
Add 2 cups water or more for desired consistency.
Freezes well.
