Apple Cheese Salad With Lemon Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 large lemon (juice of)
    1 egg, beaten with rotary eggbeater
    2/4 c. water
    yellow food color
Preparation
    Place in a saucepan the sugar and cornstarch; mix.
    Add the lemon juice, egg and water.
    Cook until thick.
    Cool and keep in the refrigerator until ready to use.
    Add a few drops of yellow food color.
    Use as a dressing over chopped apples and cheese cubes.
