Fruity Snow Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. Knox gelatine
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 (No. 2 1/2) can fruit cocktail, drained
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. heavy whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Soften gelatine in lemon juice over hot water.
Soften cream cheese.
Stir in mayonnaise, gelatine and fruit and pecans.
Whip the cream, adding sugar gradually.
Fold into fruit mixture. Chill until firm.
