Spinach Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (defrost and drain well)
10 oz. Ricotta cheese
2 eggs
salt and pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
20 oz. sliced Muenster cheese

Preparation

Mix together first 5 ingredients.
Grease a 9-inch pie plate. Line the plate with Muenster cheese.
Add the mixture.
Cover the mixture with Muenster cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until top is golden.
Slice and serve warm.
