Smashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 medium red potatoes
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter (room temperature)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 large egg
1/2 c. green onion (optional)
chopped pimento (optional)
Preparation

Peel and cut potatoes.
Boil.
Drain.
Mash.
Add butter, cream cheese and egg.
Mix.
(Add optionals if you want.) Put in 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
