Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peeled and sliced Granny Smith apples
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    pinch of salt
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, cut up
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Butter a 9-inch glass pie plate. Arrange apples in pie plate, mounding them in center.
    Pour orange juice over apples.
    In bowl combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
    Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over apples.
    Bake 45 to 55 minutes until topping is browned and apples are tender.
