Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 egg
8 oz. sour cream
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. diced onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. mushrooms (optional)
Preparation

Boil broccoli as directed until tender.
Drain and pour into buttered casserole dish.
Mix other ingredients and pour over broccoli and mix well. Top or cover completely with bread crumbs or Ritz crackers.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes, covered. Uncover and cook 10 minutes more.
