Icebox Fruitcake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 pkg. mini marshmallows
1 can condensed milk
1 box graham crackers
1 lb. candied red cherries
1 lb. candied pineapple
2 qt. pecans
1 box raisins
1 lb. pkg. coconut
Preparation

Melt marshmallows in margarine and milk over low heat or in microwave. Crush graham crackers and mix with chopped fruit, nuts and coconut. Pour in liquid mixture and combine with hands until fruit is evenly distributed. Pack into Bundt or tube pan. Refrigerate at least 2 days before cutting.
