Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. yeast
1 Tbsp. honey
1/2 c. raw cashews
1 c. water
1/2 c. honey
2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. grated zucchini
Preparation

Combine 1/2
cup
water,
yeast
and honey.
Set aside. Blend cashews,
honey and water until smooth.
Stir into yeast mixture. Add
remaining ingredients and mix well.
Spoon into floured loaf pan and let rise 30 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes. Let
stand
5 minutes in pan.
Remove and cool on rack.
Makes 1 loaf.
