Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. crisp bacon, broken into small pieces
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    dash of cayenne
    10-inch unbaked pastry shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook bacon, mushrooms and onion in butter until onion is tender.
    Spread in pastry shell.
    Toss cheese with flour and place on top of bacon mixture.
    Combine eggs, milk and cayenne and pour over mixture in shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
