Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 tsp. parsley
    3 c. hot water
    1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
    1 lb. Ricotta or cottage cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 lb. sliced Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions in hot oil until brown.
    Add beef.
    Cook until red color is lost.
    Mix garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, tomato paste, water and 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese.
    Simmer, covered, for 40 minutes.
    Cook noodles according to package directions.
    Drain and cover with cold water.
