Hamburg Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch unbaked pie shell
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 medium chopped onion
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain.
    Mix milk, mayo, eggs and cornstarch and beat until smooth.
    Add cheese, onion and dash of pepper to milk mixture.
    Stir in ground beef.
    Pour entire mixture into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
