Soda Scones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Stir together dry ingredients and mix with hands.
    Add buttermilk to make a soft dough.
    Knead on a floured board until dough is free from cracks.
    Roll out to 1/4-inch and shape into scones.
    Place on greased, floured sheet and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
