Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 slices bread, trimmed and cubed (I use French bread)
    Tabasco sauce to taste
    2 c. milk
    1 lb. mild pork sausage
    1 tsp. Lea & Perrins
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Combine eggs and milk.
    Beat well. Fold in bread cubes and other ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased casserole dish and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
    Let stand 5 minutes before slicing for serving.
