"Feta" Stuffed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
    1/4 c. dry breadcrumbs
    1/4 c. crumbled Feta cheese with basil and tomato
    1 1/2 tsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Place each chicken breast half between 2 sheets of heavy plastic wrap. Flatten to 1/4-inch thickness. Coat chicken in bread crumbs. Add 1 tablespoon cheese into each piece of chicken and fold in half. Place folded chicken breast into an 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Drizzle margarine over chicken. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
