Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) glass jar sauerkraut
    1 green pepper, cut fine
    1 c. celery, cut fine
    1 medium onion, cut fine
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix together sugar, vinegar and oil.
    Heat to dissolve sugar. Pour over sauerkraut and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
