Refrigerator Cucumbers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. sliced cucumbers, unpeeled
1 c. sliced onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. celery seed
2 Tbsp. dill flakes
2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
-
Mix salt with cucumbers and let stand while mixing syrup to make syrup.
Mix sugar, vinegar, celery seed and dill flakes together and bring to boil.
Pour over cucumbers immediately then cool.
Refrigerate.
Keeps up to 6 months.
