Dollie'S Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder *
1/2 tsp. baking soda *
buttermilk *
sweet milk *
1/4 c. shortening **
1 tsp. salt or less (optional)
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients together first.
Then gradually add milk of your choosing.
Knead with hands until smooth.
Roll out one time less than the height you want, then turn dough over to make it look like two layers of dough.
Cut with floured glass. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown. You can shape it by hand, but do not double your dough.
