Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat
    1 (26 oz.) jar Classico tomato and basil sauce
    1 (46 oz.) can V-8 vegetable juice
    1 large can diced tomatoes
    1 (16 oz.) jar mild or medium Old El Paso taco sauce
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper
    2 cloves chopped garlic (optional)
Preparation
    Brown meat, onions, bell pepper and garlic (if using). Add rest of ingredients. Stir well and cook for 1/2 hour on low heat. Serve over cooked pasta.
