No Fat Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 c. water
    1 extra large can tomatoes, crushed
    1 large can V-8 juice
    15 beef bouillon cubes
    3 small onions, chopped
    8 carrots, sliced
    8 stalks celery, sliced
    1 small cabbage, cut up
    1 c. frozen peas
    1 c. frozen lima beans
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder
    any other seasoning you like to use (I also like to use a couple drops Tabasco)
Preparation
    In a large pot add first 6 ingredients and simmer 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 hour.
    Remove from heat and let set 1 to 2 hours, covered.
    Overnight is best!
