Apple Kuchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 pkg. Betty Crocker yellow cake mix
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    2 1/2 c. sliced, peeled baking apples
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sour cream
    1 egg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut butter into cake mix until crumbly. Mix in coconut.
    Pat mixture lightly into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, building up slight edges.
    Bake for 10 minutes. Arrange apple slices on warm crust.
    Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples.
    Blend sour cream and egg; drizzle over apples.
    Topping will not completely cover apples.
    Bake for 25 minutes or until edges are light brown.
    Do not overbake.
    Serve warm.
    Makes 12 to 15 servings.
