Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans salmon
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    juice of 1 lemon
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Shape into patties.
    Dip into additional beaten egg, mixed with 1 tablespoon of water and extra bread crumbs.
    Fry in butter.
