Greek Pizza(Serves 1) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. pita bread
    1 onion
    1 (10 oz.) box spinach, cooked and drained
    3/4 oz. Feta cheese
    salt and pepper
    1/4 to 1/2 c. tomato sauce
    3/4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Saute onion in pan prepared with nonstick spray until soft.
    Add spinach, salt and pepper and cook 5 minutes more.
    Add Feta cheese and cook 1 more minute until well mixed.
    Place all of spinach mixture on top of pita.
    Top with 1/4 to 1/2 cup tomato sauce and sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
