Lemon-Buttered New Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. new potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. snipped chives
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Prepare and cook new potatoes as follows.
    Heat 1 inch of salted water (1 teaspoon salt to 1 cup water) to boiling.
    Add potatoes; cover and heat to boiling.
    Cook 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
    Keep potatoes warm.
