Blintz Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen blitzes (13 oz.)
3 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
4 tsp. orange juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Grease a 9-inch deep baking dish.
Put frozen blitzes on bottom.
Put ingredients in blender and blend until creamy.
Pour over blitzes.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for first 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
Continue baking 35 to 45 minutes or until fluffy and brown.
