Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large cabbage leaves
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 onion, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
Preparation
    Parboil cabbage leaves in water (enough to cover).
    Drain. Moisten crumbs with the water and combine with meat, half the onion, salt and pepper.
    Shape into 6 small rolls.
    Wrap each in a cabbage leaf.
    Melt butter in frying pan.
    Add cabbage rolls, rest of onion, green pepper, paprika and tomatoes.
    Cover and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes.
