Popcorn Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. popcorn
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. water
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Butter a mixing bowl and pour in popped popcorn.
    Mix sugar, water, corn syrup, vinegar, vanilla and salt.
    Heat to boiling and stir until sugar melts.
    Cook slowly to hard boil stage.
    Remove from heat.
    Immediately but slowly pour in fine stream over popcorn, mixing as you do this.
    After fully coated, put butter on hands and mold into balls.
