Fourth Of July Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt
    pepper
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 broiler-fryers (2 1/2 to 3 lb. each), cut in serving pieces
Preparation
    In saucepan, cook onion and garlic in oil until tender.
    Stir in tomato paste, water, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, 2 teaspoons salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and mustard. Simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
    Sauce may now be refrigerated until ready to use.
