Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. box lemon Jell-O
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 can milk, chilled and partly frozen
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. hot water
    1 stick margarine, softened
    1/2 box graham crackers
Preparation
    Roll crackers and mix with butter.
    Bake for 5 minutes. Dissolve Jell-O in hot water and let cool.
    Add sugar and mix with cream cheese and vanilla.
    Let chill in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
    Whip milk until stiff and add Jell-O and cream, folding in cheese.
    Pour to cool.
    Top with cherry filling or strawberry.
