Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can corn, not drained
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. flour (add more, if needed)
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
salt to taste
Preparation

Carefully watch
the
amount of flour added, that it is not too
stiff.
Add
1/4-inch oil in frypan.
Add more oil as needed. Combine ingredients; drop by tablespoon into hot oil.
