Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 boneless chicken breasts, cooked
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 c. cooked egg noodles
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1/4 c. pimentos (optional)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or sour cream
    1 stick margarine
    1 stack saltine crackers
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Layer chicken in a 9 x 14-inch casserole dish.
    Mix 2 cups broth with chicken soup.
    Combine all ingredients
    except cheese; pour over chicken.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Top with margarine and cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes (45 minutes if it has been refrigerated).
