Ingredients

1 c. oleo
1 c. shortening
1 box brown sugar
2 c. white sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. oatmeal
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. pecans
2 c. cornflakes
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Cream oleo and shortening.
Add the sugars, eggs and vanilla. After sifting the flour and baking powder, add to mixture.
After mixing well, add the rest of the ingredients; mix well.
Use 1/4 cup or an ice cream scoop per cookie.
Put on ungreased cookie sheet; 6 to a sheet.
Cook for about 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Let cool on cookie sheet for 15 minutes to prevent breakage.
