Strawberry Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 bag small twisted pretzels, broken
    1 stick melted margarine
    3 tsp. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 c. sugar
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 small or 1 large pkg. strawberry jello
    1/2 amount of water usually called for
Preparation
    Combine jello in 1/2 amount of water usually called for. Bring to boil and dissolve jello and add fruit.
    It will thicken, cool slightly and pour over the Cool Whip layer when starting to gel.
    Refrigerate.
