Low Calorie Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 lb. ultra lean ground beef or ground turkey
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    In a saucepan over medium heat, saute celery, onion, green pepper, meat and garlic in oil until brown.
    Stir in beans, tomatoes, salt and chili powder.
    Simmer for 40 to 45 minutes.
