Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 lb. Italian turkey sausage
    1 onion
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 can tomato paste
    1 (No. 3) can tomatoes
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 garlic cloves
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    4 to 6 oz. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 to 1 lb. Ricotta or cottage cheese
Preparation
    Brown meats and chopped onion.
    Add tomato products and seasonings.
    Simmer gently for 1 hour.
    Cook noodles.
    Place 3 cooked noodles on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Now alternately layer: sauce, each cheese, noodles, etc.
    When all layered, a little tomato juice may be desired to liquify.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
