Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (2 c.)
2/3 c. salad oil
3 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation

Day before serving:
Grease 2 (9 x 5-inch) loaf pans.
In large bowl with fork, mix flour with next 7 ingredients using a fork.
Add remaining ingredients and mix until blended.
Turn batter into pans.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool on wire racks for 10 minutes.
Remove and cool completely.
Wrap and store at room temperature until time to serve.
