Fisherman'S Light Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Wish-Bone lite Italian or Italian dressing
    1 small green pepper, cut into strips
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    1 lb. fish fillets
    1 medium tomato, coarsely chopped
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    In large skillet, heat lite Italian dressing and cook green pepper and onion over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until tender.
    Add fish and tomato, then simmer covered 10 minutes or until fish flakes.
    Serve over hot rice.
    Makes about 4 servings.
