Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon
    2 slices bread, crumbled fine
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. Crisco or oil
    pepper
Preparation
    Flake salmon and remove all skin or bones.
    Add bread crumbs, cornmeal and eggs; mix well.
    Make in patties and fry until brown on both sides.
    Sprinkle with pepper, if desired.
