Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. soft margarine
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. grated zucchini
Preparation

Cream together the first 4 ingredients.
Add the remaining ingredients; mix well (about 2 minutes with hand mixer).
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Frost with your favorite frosting.
